Gestational License ?!

Republican lawmakers in Indiana are drafting new legislation that’ll make marriage a requirement for women seeking motherhood through assisted reproductive methods 

Parag has some choice words to say about this matter:

Senator Patricia Miller, who is the sponsor of this bill is basically saying that marriage should be a prerequisite for motherhood. I think this is just a veiled attempt to prevent gay couples from using these methods to achieve parenthood.

As does Shanti :

While we are at it, why don’t we also draft legislations that will outlaw driving and voting for women so they can sit at home and stop indulging in criminal acts like having sex and getting pregnant without getting married? Morons!
