CPI (M) floats blog to protest against US President’s visit

With the intention of garnering support for the protest against the forthcoming visit of US President George Bush, the CPI (M) has floated a blog called “Global Terrorist Go Back”. Although the blog has not put forth its views clearly, it would be interesting to see how this blog takes shape in the coming weeks.

This is comical. Its got one post, and a plethora of links to newly created blogs. Why is this tactic so reminiscent of iipm-student etc.?

Here is a report from IBN…

but the blog looks very empty, considering that the party chose to go public about it!

This is hilarious. The latest post says “This Blog is the Main Source for the Next upcoming Blogs sensation Opposing The Global Terrorist …Send your Blogs to…” WTF? The person running this doesn’t have a clue about blogging or even using internet resources.

It is so embarassingly juvenile, that Sitaram Yechury would do well to dissociate himself from it. But that would be expecting too much sense from a party that wants to bring down the government over an Iranian regime that executed and wiped out the entire Iranian left, including Communists. Irony, anyone?
