Shruthi, The debate is getting hotter and taking a diverse route. I have gone thru some one writing about the Infrastructure in BLR. I can tell it in affirmative that BLR is far ahead in terms of infra when compared to couple of other cities. If compared to Hyd, the visitors are taken only to the IT hubs at times in a Helicopter or at times on Road blocking all the traffic across. I came to blr during ugadi which was almost 7-8 months after my last visit to BLR. I could see more Flyovers opened more flyovers in finishing stages. I’m sure that would carryon from there.

Didnt the city like mumbai bounce back after the Blasts in 1993, same way BLR is no behind in that aspect and it was proved by normalcy restoring the very next day after cremation.

I only have to say the work of some small anti-social elements is no way going to bring bad name to the City and we Kannadigas.

Jai Karnataka and Jai Kannada

Excellent Sruti,
I am from Andhra living here from 3+ years…
I completely agree with your concerns…
In general I say that… never try to blame city/place you are living in… instead try to enjoy good things and ignore bad…
yes… as you said every city has their positive and negative sides and we can’t compare one with other at all…
the problem here is.. most of the people try to compare the bangalore either with their home town or city where they lived most of the time… where they are very well accustomed to the facilities and life style there…
but here all forget one thing…. that in previous city also they have faced similar situations and inconveniences when they started living and get used to it only after some time…
anyways… great message to all…
