Although India is ranked a decent 93rd on the ‘failed state’ index (China is 57th), we have the disadvantage of living in a troubled region and are surrounded by failed states.

Patrix, my bad! Didn’t realize the ordering was based on ‘degree of failure’ (which makes No.1 the worst). Reading the post made it clear.
