I managed to get an invite yesterday, and the product is nice for a beta. While it certainly is not meant for enterprise usage, I can certainly see this thing getting wildly popular for small-time projects that need collaboration over the net. But for mission critical projects, there’s too much of a security issue in play, for people to trust their sensitive dayta to a third party, even if it’s good old Google that we’re talking about … On the whole though, a great new direction for spreadsheet applications. I’ve done a brief write-up on my blog here It’d be cool to see google integrate this with gmail and calendar :)
