A few good men

At first look, “A Few Good Men” seems like a clash of egos. It manifests itself in the searing intensity of exchanges between the military hardened Col Nathan Jessep and the justice-seeking team of lawyers, Daniel Kaffee, Weinberg and Galloway. But, it soon shows that the individuals clashing are merely representing the polar paradigms that they and their respective systems represent. Neither understands the other’s point of view. For the military, a “code red” is an “integral part of close infantry training”. For the law, it is a form of “soldiers unlawfully disciplining their own”. Who is right?

Srini does a great review of ‘A Few Good Men.
