While Arun Bharadwaj is a ultrarunner, there are many many Indian ultrarunners out there. I have at least 6 Indian friends (For example, see this and this), , including women who run ultras regularly (anywhere between 32 and 50 miles). Some have run 100K races. I have a friend who is training for the Rio Del Lago 100 miler this month. And of course, I have blogged on Nattu Natraj.
