There is very little out there about Men’s breast cancer. Most of it is for women. And then they talk as if women are born with the genetic knowledge of what a ‘lump’ feels like. Unfortunately, I lack that gene.

So please, you sexist female cancer specialists, define a lump. Men, despite what you think, are not into examining their breasts very often. Breasts of the opposite sex, yes, our own, sorry. The very fact that some men have them (man-boobs for you FRIENDS fans) is enough to make many concerned mothers wring their hands about vanishing marriage proposals.
