Plagiarism by the Director of NIT-Calicut

A new blog called knowventure has the goods [Hat tip: Dr. Katte]. The fisking is long and thorough, and the results are very, very embarrassing.

[Note, however, that the alleged plagiarism occurred in a speech by Prof. G.R. C. Reddy, Director, NIT-Calicut. It seems to me that his mistake was to claim a certain gravitas by posting the text of the speech on the NIT website].

The offending article has been taken off from the NIT-Calicut site, but knowverse has backed it up for all of you to check out.

Abi:
You should see the comment by the retired director of the same NIT. He says “An institution gets the head it deserves. A sanyasi”!
