Whataymobile

This blogpost is outdated. It was written just before the BCCI chose our latest cricket coach who will soon be bitch-slapped by someone outside one of our airports lead our national team to ever greater heights in World Cricket.

Dillep Ramachandran out at the Guardian Unlimited reckons that the BCCI has screwed it all up again:

Ignored by the likes of John Buchanan, Duncan Fletcher and Moody, India turned to Graham Ford, who had a successful three-year stint in charge of South Africa at the turn of the millennium. Not a lot wrong there then. But Indian cricket, with all its back-room chicanery and intrigue, still had a sting in its tail - or, as bitter Middlesex fans might say, a joker in its pack.

But thankfully I hear that BCCI has gone for FORD after all.

But the totally awesome highlight of the entire post for me was the headline. Now can one think of a cooler name for a crappy American car than the “FORD FIASCO”?!

p.s. Well yes, I guess you could call it a Ford F!@#
