From December 1st to December 5th of 2007, PFC will have it’s first Online film festival for One Minute Movies called PFCOne. The whole purpose is to encourage the film maker in each one of you. You can use your cell/mobile phone, your digital camera, your camcorder, rent a movie camera, a video camera… anything that can capture a motion picture to shoot a one minute film that is based on an original story…
