Aaja Nachle - pathbreaking?

Aaja Nachle - logically - is considered la diva Dixit’s comeback film. The media (and her most famous if oily fan - Madhuri par Fida Hussain) expected the sex-bomb of old lighting up the screen. What they got wasn’t India’s wet-dream girl but a woman so powerful and secure in herself that she is beyond even dreams of attainment for most men.

Madhuri’s comeback movie came and sank without a trace, except for a minor controversy which was clearly manufactured. However, Sunny Singh begs to differ and considers it one of the year’s foremost movies [hat tip: Siddhart]. I know of a few..err…many who will strong disagree although I thought it was pretty alright.

Aaja Nachle was too good! After Chak De India, this is the movie i liked and loved a lot. It dares to be different. Madhuri has performed her very powerful role in the movie very well indeed. Hats off to her. The diva looks too good in the movie. Well, done guys!!
