Reacting to the Sasken incident

Sachin, himself a Sasken employee, writes about the Sasken controversy and tries to come to terms with the complex mix of emotions he feels - anger at the composer and even more outrage at the Kannadigas who sang the parodied anthem.

A Canadian loser by name Lee (no clue about his prefixes or postfixes), had parodied the state anthem of Karnataka, calling Kannadigas “little white poodles”. Scroll down for the entire transcript of the poem. Now that Sasken has agreed to take action on him, I’m not sure how the company is gonna deal with the insulted Kannadigas. What stupefied me more than a Canadian bastard composing such song, is the fact that he made the employees sing it in Nazi style with hands on their chests!!!

While this incident is as bad as the Raj Thackeray incident in Mumbai, it is unfortunate that DesiPundit has sought to highlight such a trivial matter. Calling Kannadigas “little white poodles”? Oh, please. It is clearly a word which rhymes with noodles.

Don’t people have anything better to do - the Sasken guys, Rakshana Vedike or the writer of the blog that you have linked to? Where do all these people hide when women are molested on streets or when education is so pathetic in schools?

I do not that think that this post had any merit to be linked on desipundit. It seems to be an immigrant’s puerile, childish sentimental reaction to a puerile, childish anti-immigrant sentiment in his home country.

I am not asking for censorship here but only a quality check on material that’s liked here. Just my humble $0.02.

Just infantile support by an immigrant to a racist sentiment that has gripped his home state.

This certainly didn’t warrant a post…it is just stupid!! A Bunch of illiterate douche bags all worked up about a poem that has poodles and Karnataka in the poem. God Save us, my english teach must be turning in her grave!!

Someone please tell me that Karnataka adopted Deep Purple’s A solider of fortune as the state anthem!
