Conversation with Atul Kulkarni

My mother tongue is Marathi, but there are very few films being made in Marathi. What I enjoy in the south is the film culture. It’s like the theatre culture in Maharashtra or Bengal. The people here think in a cinematic language.

Baradwaj Rangan talks to Atul Kulkarni and his first question was the one I wanted to ask him as well.

Well, not really a problem, but isn’t this interview dated?

Yes it is but Baradwaj has just published it on his blog so I thought some readers might like to read it.
