While you remember the bravery, valour and courage of 527 soldiers of the Indian military, who lost their lives in that conflict, do remember that things haven’t changed much in the Indian armed forces till date. If a similar situation were to occur today, we would have a repeat of the whole shemozzle again– the sacrifices of young officers and soldiers, while the actual culprits at the top get away scot free.
