Umbrella Woman

Usha feels that there is a global consipracy to steal her umbrellas.She writes about her love for umbrellas and asks her readers to get her umbrellas from around the world.

Another culprit is my maid – yes, the maid-in-law. She finishes work around 3 which is when it usually starts raining in my part of the world. She takes an umbrella and the next day it comes back with a missing strap or the switch that opens and closes doesn’t work. Her grandchildren have been playing with it using it a s a gun in their fights or a boat to twirl the baby in.
