Creative exercises for mommies

What do you do to reduce that post-delivery flab, when your toddler refuses to let you exercise?  Mystic Margarita has devised some creative exercises for mothers of toddlers.

Make it a point to vacuum your home everyday carrying your toddler in your arms. If toddler squirms and tries to get down, hold on to him/her for dear life and continue with vacuuming. Switch arms midway. In no time you’ll get back those toned upper arms you once had!

Creative indeed. If exercise also means feeling good about yourself, this is a sure fire way to achieve that.
BTw, anyone try the Wii fit? That one comes in-built with dollops of guilt.
