I believe… unless a girl is empowered to handle her situation on her own we can never stop this menance… Y dont we use technology to empower women… get an emergency number in place ran by trustworthy and capable officers whom we can trust…. let us do something which instills a fear in the hearts of those with such mentallity… It may take time… but with perseverance we should be able to reach that target …
