The GOI’s frantic efforts to save India’s “precious national heritage” is not only a prime case of mis-placed priorities – it is also supremely ironical. I would laugh if I were not already so pissed off. What gets me is the hypocrisy of these “saviors” who have no clue about what Gandhi stood for.
